The pressure reducer VAS 584 007 is used to detect leaks in the air conditioning systems (R134A+R1234yf). “Forming gas” is fed to the system under pressure and the leak detector for forming gas is used to search for leaks. The gas sensor then shows the high gas concentration in the event of a leak.
