Application:
The VAS 5906A with automatic charging current adaptation and a maximum charging current of 32A is suitable for all starter battery types present in the Group with a nominal capacity of 250 Ah, as well as for lithium-ion batteries with an integrated battery management system
The device detects the charge state of the connected batteries automatically, charges with 14.4 V and maintains the charge of a full battery in use with 13.8V or switches off if consumers no longer use any power to protect the vehicle battery. LEDs indicate the use and charging state, no settings are necessary and the device does not make any noise as it is operated without a fan. The closed aluminium housing not only provides a high-quality look, but also reduces the risk of dust, dirt and fluid ingress (protection class IP44).
