Application:
The cooling system service device is an all-in-one product for the coolant circuit. The processes of draining, venting, checking air-tightness and bubble-free filling can be performed either in automatic mode or individual mode. Developed specially for vehicles with an electric drive, the cooling system service device can also be used on coolant circuits with conventional drives. The cooling system service device offers simple, safe operation as well as improved process reliability and time savings. The tool is also already equipped for planned processes by the brands, ensuring that it is future proof. An ODU interface enables you to transfer leakage test results directly to the test instrument box. The integrated pump allows you to generate a vacuum of up to 20 mbar (absolute) during venting without long wait times. It also features automatic cleaning to prevent contamination by different coolants.
