This special tool is used for repairs to the high-voltage battery and is required only by the high-voltage experts at the importer.
Application:
Before repairing high voltage batteries, the capacitors in the high voltage battery have to be discharged and recharged again after repair. In this way, the high voltage batteries are protected against excessive trigger pulses. With the high voltage measuring module VAS 6558A and the associated standalone charging and discharging software, the capacitors in the high voltage battery can be charged or discharged.
