Multifunctional welding unit for rectifying body damage.
Using the arc ignition method with a welding current of up to 1200 A, studs, threaded pins and earth connection points can be welded on to a wide range of different steels and aluminum alloys with a high level of process reliability.  Moreover, aluminum bits can be attached for aluminum outer skin repairs. Thanks to effective weld connections, high pulling forces can be imparted, which have a positive effect on dent removal measures.  Handling and operation of the dent removal system is simple and enables profitable use in the workshop.  Features a special adapter for welding on stainless steel studs for clean and quick removal of punch rivets.
